Hi, I’m Emily

RN, IBCLC & the heart behind Magnolia Mama Collective

Becoming a mother is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and full of questions. I created Magnolia Mama Collective because I believe no mother should have to figure it all out alone.

As a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I’m passionate about supporting mothers, babies, and families through the early days of parenthood. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, encouraged, and confident—not judged or pressured.

Through Magnolia Mama Collective, I provide personalized, in-home feeding and newborn support designed around what your family actually needs. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, navigating breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, working through a feeding challenge, or simply wishing you had another experienced set of hands beside you, I’m here to help.

Why Magnolia Mama?

The magnolia has always felt like a beautiful picture of motherhood to me—strong, graceful, rooted, and blooming in its own time.

Motherhood is much the same.

There is no perfect timeline and no single way to do it. Every mother, every baby, and every family has their own story. Sometimes you simply need someone to come alongside you, help you find your footing, and remind you that you’re doing better than you think.

That is what I hope Magnolia Mama can be for you.

A place to breathe.

A place to ask questions.

A place to feel cared for while you learn to care for your little one.

A little more about me

As a nurse and IBCLC, I bring both clinical knowledge and a very personal understanding of how much support can matter during this season of life. I believe in evidence-based care while also recognizing that families are people—not checklists.

My approach is warm, practical, and individualized. I want to understand you, your baby, your feeding goals, and your family, and then work alongside you to find what feels sustainable and right for your situation.

Outside of Magnolia Mama, I’m a mama myself, and after having three very different and in some moments very difficult postpartum experiences, I have a deep desire to come alongside the mamas around me with all that I had and needed in my own journey.

I love the mountains, baking, enjoying good coffee with a friend, and the little moments that remind me Jesus loves me and saved me for eternity. Getting to walk alongside families during one of the most tender transitions of their lives to encourage and support is something that means so very much to me.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out for help.

Whether you need feeding support, a little reassurance, or simply someone in your corner, I would be honored to be part of your village.

Welcome to Magnolia Mama Collective.

Rooted in support. Nurtured together. Bloomed with love.
